In comments made public on Nov. 21, 2025, Jesse Buss said his firing exposed deeper problems within the organization and directly blamed Jeanie Buss for what he described as ongoing front-office turmoil. He did not elaborate on the circumstances surrounding his departure but asserted that internal mismanagement has hindered the team’s progress.
