The Brooklyn Nets announced Friday that guard Cam Thomas has been diagnosed with a left hamstring strain and will be re-evaluated in three to four weeks.
Thomas suffered the injury during the first quarter of Wednesday night’s victory over the Indiana Pacers, the club’s first win of the season.
The 24-year-old is averaging 21.4 points per game, the second-highest mark on the roster behind Michael Porter Jr.
Thomas accepted a one-year, $6 million qualifying offer over the summer, positioning him to enter unrestricted free agency after the season.
