Nov. 15, 2025 — MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Playing the second game of a back-to-back and missing four rotation players, the Los Angeles Lakers routed the Milwaukee Bucks 119-95 at Fiserv Forum to close a five-game road swing.
The Lakers entered Saturday without LeBron James, Gabe Vincent, Marcus Smart and Rui Hachimura, yet seized control early and built a 30-point halftime cushion. The victory moved Los Angeles to 10-4 overall and 3-2 on the trip.
Luka Doncic paced the Lakers with a game-high 41 points, shooting 9-for-19 from the field and 18-for-20 at the free-throw line. The guard added nine rebounds, six assists, two blocks and a steal in 36 minutes. It marked his fourth 40-point effort in 10 games this season.
“It’s pretty incredible,” Doncic told Spectrum SportsNet. “We played a back-to-back, I think me and AR played 40 minutes yesterday, we had a long flight, came in and played again. Everybody is tired, so just to come out and be up 30 at halftime, it’s incredible. It says a lot about the group.”
Los Angeles never trailed, holding Milwaukee to 40 percent shooting while converting 50 percent on the other end. The Bucks fell to 7-7.
Awaiting LeBron’s Return
James has been ramping up workouts and is nearing his season debut, which would make him the first NBA player to appear in a 23rd campaign. “We can’t wait,” Doncic said. “It’s Bron, so it’s always good to have him back. Hopefully soon.”
