Nike has reintroduced its iconic “Just Do It” slogan with a new commercial released on September 4, 2025, featuring Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James alongside other top athletes.
The 60-second spot, narrated by hip-hop artist Tyler, The Creator, showcases James, WNBA guard Caitlin Clark, Real Madrid winger Vinícius Júnior, and Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley. The ad centers on the theme of embracing risk, encouraging viewers to take chances despite potential setbacks.
James appears in several on-court scenes, underscoring his long-standing partnership with Nike. Earlier this year, the company introduced the LeBron Nike 23 sneaker line to commemorate the Lakers star surpassing 40,000 career points. Nike also recently aired a “Forever King” commercial to promote the new shoes.
Clark’s inclusion in the campaign follows news that her second WNBA season with the Indiana Fever ended prematurely because of a groin injury. After her announcement, James posted a message of support on social media, predicting a strong return for the 23-year-old guard next year.
The latest commercial spans multiple sports—basketball, football, soccer, baseball, track and field, skateboarding, and rock climbing—reinforcing Nike’s broad athlete roster and the renewed focus on its three-word mantra.
