The Los Angeles Lakers announced that guard Luka Doncic is available, while guard Austin Reaves is listed as questionable for Wednesday night’s home game against the San Antonio Spurs.

Doncic is managing a lower left leg contusion but has been cleared to play after sitting out Monday’s win over the Portland Trail Blazers, the second half of a back-to-back. He previously missed three contests with the same injury.

Reaves is dealing with right groin soreness sustained early in Sunday’s victory over the Miami Heat. Although he finished that game, the Lakers held him out Monday for precautionary reasons. His status will be determined closer to tip-off against San Antonio.

Center Jaxson Hayes (right ankle sprain) is probable after leaving Monday’s game with the injury. Four players remain unavailable: LeBron James (right sciatica), Maxi Kleber (abdominal strain), Adou Thiero (recovery from left knee surgery) and Gabe Vincent (left ankle sprain).

Despite the rotating injury list, Los Angeles has opened the season 6-2 and carries a four-game winning streak into Wednesday’s matchup. Head coach JJ Redick praised the team’s resilience after the Portland game, noting the “connectivity” and collective effort that have fueled the strong start.
