The Los Angeles Lakers closed a two-game back-to-back and wrapped up their road swing on Saturday night by defeating the Milwaukee Bucks, 119-95, at Fiserv Forum.
Los Angeles played without forwards Rui Hachimura and Marcus Smart but seized control early, building a lead that topped 30 points in the first half. The Bucks trimmed the margin after intermission, yet the Lakers maintained enough separation to secure their fourth road victory of the 2025-26 season.
Luka Doncic Leads the Charge
Guard Luka Doncic paced the Lakers with a game-high 41 points, adding nine rebounds, six assists, one steal and two blocks. He frequently reached the free-throw line and buried multiple step-back three-pointers that halted Milwaukee runs.
Ayton Anchors Both Ends
Center Deandre Ayton posted 20 points and 10 rebounds while recording two steals and a block. Assigned to Giannis Antetokounmpo, Ayton held his own defensively as Antetokounmpo finished with 32 points but struggled to shift momentum.
Reaves Delivers Late
Austin Reaves supplied 25 points on 9-of-17 shooting, knocking down five of nine attempts from beyond the arc. Several of his fourth-quarter threes kept Milwaukee at bay.
