The Golden State Warriors have reached an agreement with rookie forward Alex Toohey on a two-way contract, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Toohey, a 6-foot-7 native of Australia, was selected with the No. 52 pick in this year’s NBA Draft. The 21-year-old spent the past two seasons with the Sydney Kings, averaging 10.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 23 minutes per game.

He later appeared in six games for Golden State’s Summer League squad, posting 6.8 points and 3.8 rebounds per contest.

The deal makes Toohey the final player from the 2025 draft class to secure his roster plans for the upcoming season. Earlier on the same day, fellow rookie Will Richard agreed to a four-year standard contract with the Warriors.

Toohey joins Jackson Rowe as Golden State’s two-way signees. The team has also issued a qualifying offer to guard Taran Armstrong and continues to navigate restricted free agency with forward Jonathan Kuminga as training camp gets underway.
