Golden State is 46-22 in games Butler has played since his arrival and believes he can contribute late in the 2026-27 campaign.
Memphis Grizzlies
Memphis is listening to interest in Ja Morant but will demand a substantial return, according to Stein. Morant’s local popularity makes a modest package built around expiring veteran contracts untenable, and the club is seeking both young talent and draft picks. Rival teams have shown “measured” interest, leaving the Grizzlies balancing market value against fan sentiment.
Philadelphia 76ers
The 76ers plan to convert two-way players Dominick Barlow and Jabari Walker to standard contracts. Philadelphia has one open roster slot but is operating above the luxury-tax line, making financial flexibility a priority as the deadline approaches.
