Virginia has appointed veteran guard Malcolm Brogdon to the newly created post of strategic advisor, the program announced in March 2026.
The school did not release specific details regarding Brogdon’s responsibilities or the length of the agreement.
The hire reconnects Brogdon with the Virginia program after several seasons in the NBA.
