The Minnesota Timberwolves announced that guard Terrence Shannon Jr. has been cleared for full-contact, five-on-five work and is listed as questionable for Monday’s matchup against the Sacramento Kings.

Shannon has missed the last nine contests with a bruise to the fifth metatarsal in his left foot. Before the setback, the second-year wing averaged 3.9 points and 2.4 rebounds in 16.4 minutes across Minnesota’s first seven games, seeing an expanded role after the departure of Nickeil Alexander-Walker. The Timberwolves are 10-6 overall and 8-3 in their past 11 outings, relying on Jaylen Clark, Bones Hyland, Leonard Miller and others during Shannon’s absence.
