Los Angeles — Clippers guard Kris Dunn is on track to have his $5.7 million 2026-27 salary fully guaranteed, either by earning an All-Defensive Team nod or by remaining on the roster past June 30, 2026. Head coach Tyronn Lue said Dunn’s spot is safe regardless of awards voting.

“He’ll be here,” Lue told reporters when asked about incentive clauses. Dunn, 32, is averaging 7.7 points, 3.6 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 1.6 steals while shooting 48.0 percent from the field and 37.9 percent from three in 27.6 minutes per game. He has appeared in every contest this season and has already met the playing-time requirement for All-Defensive consideration.

Warriors

Stephen Curry did on-court work Sunday but did not join a planned scrimmage as he continues to rehab under director of sports medicine Rick Celebrini, according to ESPN’s Anthony Slater. The team said the change was precautionary and not due to a setback. Moses Moody (right wrist sprain) and Kristaps Porziņģis (back) both returned to the lineup Monday in Dallas.

Kings

Rookie wing Nique Clifford underwent an MRI that revealed a mild midfoot sprain. Hurt late in Sunday’s win over Brooklyn, the first-round pick will be re-evaluated in one week. Guard Killian Hayes is listed day-to-day after imaging showed inflammation in his left toe.

Lakers

Rui Hachimura (right calf contusion) and Marcus Smart (right ankle sprain, right hip injury) missed Monday’s loss in Detroit. Head coach JJ Redick said Hachimura’s MRI was clean and both players are considered day-to-day.
