The Indiana Pacers will have two guards back in uniform when they face the 76ers on Friday night in Philadelphia. The team announced that rookie Kam Jones and two-way veteran Quenton Jackson are both available for the game, giving Indiana much-needed backcourt depth.

Jones, selected with the 38th pick in the 2025 NBA Draft, could make his league debut after being sidelined for the first 24 contests of the season. The 23-year-old sustained a lower back stress reaction during training camp and was upgraded to “questionable” for the first time earlier on Friday. The former Marquette standout signed a four-year standard contract with the Pacers over the summer.

Jackson returns after missing more than a month with a right hamstring strain suffered on November 3. The fourth-year guard completed a rehab appearance with Indiana’s G League affiliate on Thursday before rejoining the NBA roster. Prior to the injury, Jackson averaged 11.8 points, 3.6 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.0 steal while shooting 54.1 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from three in five games (20.2 minutes per outing).

Indiana continues to navigate an extensive injury list: Tyrese Haliburton (torn Achilles tendon), Obi Toppin (right foot stress fracture), Aaron Nesmith (left knee sprain) and Ben Sheppard (left calf strain) all remain sidelined.
