NBA Transaction Roundup: Assignments, Recalls and Two-Way Deals From Dec. 1–3

The opening weekend of December featured a flurry of NBA roster moves, highlighted by G League assignments, recalls and several changes to two-way contracts.

December 3

Free agency: Forward Jackson Rowe, whose two-way contract with Golden State ended two days earlier, officially entered the free-agent market.

December 2

Chicago Bulls: The club sent Zach Collins to the Windy City Bulls, then moved guard Dalen Terry to the same affiliate before bringing Terry back to the NBA roster later that day.

New York Knicks: Rookie wing Pacome Dadiet was recalled from the Westchester Knicks.

Charlotte Hornets: Guard Josh Green was assigned to the Greensboro Swarm.

Utah Jazz: Forward Taylor Hendricks and rookie wing Cody Williams were both sent to the Salt Lake City Stars.

Washington Wizards: Guard AJ Johnson reported to the Capital City Go-Go.

Atlanta Hawks: Forward Asa Newell joined the College Park Skyhawks.

Houston Rockets: Forward Tyler Smith signed a two-way contract, while guard Kevon Harris had his two-way deal terminated.

Golden State Warriors: Guard LJ Cryer signed a two-way agreement.

Indiana Pacers: Guard RayJ Dennis became a free agent after his previous deal concluded.

December 1

Utah Jazz: Taylor Hendricks and Cody Williams were recalled from the Stars.

Los Angeles Lakers: Guard Bronny James rejoined the NBA squad from the South Bay Lakers.

Detroit Pistons: The team assigned forward Bobi Klintman to the Motor City Cruise, sent guard Marcus Sasser to the Cruise and later recalled Sasser.

Toronto Raptors: Forward Jonathan Mogbo was optioned to Raptors 905.

Los Angeles Clippers: Center Yanic Konan Niederhauser was recalled from the San Diego Clippers.

Indiana Pacers: Sharpshooter Garrison Mathews signed a standard NBA contract.

Golden State Warriors: The club ended Jackson Rowe’s two-way pact and added veteran guard Seth Curry on a standard deal.
