NBA Teams Shuffle Rosters With Flurry of G League Moves From Jan. 17-20

Several NBA clubs completed a series of roster transactions between Jan. 17 and Jan. 20, moving players to and from their G League affiliates and finalizing one veteran signing.

January 20

The Atlanta Hawks sent rookie forward Asa Newell to the College Park Skyhawks.

January 19

The Portland Trail Blazers assigned center Yang Hansen to the Rip City Remix.

The Indiana Pacers brought guard Kam Jones back from the Noblesville Boom and inked veteran center Tony Bradley to a new contract.

January 18

The Chicago Bulls first assigned, then quickly recalled guard Josh Giddey to and from the Windy City Bulls.

The Detroit Pistons recalled three players from the Motor City Cruise: forwards Isaac Jones and Bobi Klintman, along with guard Chaz Lanier.

Indiana sent Kam Jones to the Noblesville Boom earlier in the day.

The Philadelphia 76ers recalled guard Jared McCain from the Delaware Blue Coats.

Atlanta both assigned and later recalled Asa Newell between the Hawks and College Park.

Former Pacers center Tony Bradley became a free agent.
