With the NBA trade deadline approaching in February, the Toronto Raptors remain linked to Sacramento Kings center Domantas Sabonis, according to Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints. Toronto’s pursuit of the three-time All-Star was first reported in December by Jake Fischer and has continued to surface in league conversations.

Siegel added that Kings guard Malik Monk has also caught Toronto’s attention. Kings general manager Scott Perry previously drafted current Raptors players RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley during his tenure with the New York Knicks, providing an additional front-office connection. While no specific deal is believed to be close, league observers are monitoring any framework that might involve those familiar names.

If the Raptors decide to move Barrett in a larger transaction, the forward is expected to draw widespread interest. Wing depth is limited on the current market, and the Milwaukee Bucks were among the teams that showed interest in Barrett last season, Siegel noted.

The Golden State Warriors have internally discussed several potential center targets, including Indiana Pacers veteran Myles Turner and Bucks reserve Bobby Portis, Siegel reported. Portis, in particular, has generated league-wide curiosity, and multiple clubs have contacted Milwaukee about his availability.

Milwaukee has also placed a call on injured Phoenix Suns guard Jalen Green, per Siegel, but the Suns are not inclined to part with him. Green has appeared in only two games this season because of a hamstring injury, and Phoenix views his eventual return as an internal boost rather than trade currency.
