Dec. — The Cleveland Cavaliers have shown no interest in trading guard Darius Garland or center Jarrett Allen, even after opening the season 15-14 and dealing with internal frustration, according to a report from Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.

Cavaliers

League sources told Siegel that multiple teams have asked about Garland and Allen, but Cleveland’s front office is resisting trade talks. The organization believes injuries have masked the roster’s potential and expects improvement once the club is healthier. Team officials reportedly want more time to evaluate the current group before making major roster decisions.

Nets

In Brooklyn, forward Michael Porter Jr. is drawing interest from contenders seeking additional scoring punch, the report said. Porter is in the midst of the best stretch of his career, boosting his market value ahead of the February trade deadline.

Guard Cam Thomas presents a different scenario. He owns veto rights on any trade, is currently sidelined by a hamstring injury and has generated limited interest. Even so, the Nets could possibly net a pair of second-round picks if they move Thomas as a short-term rental.

Bucks

Despite a sluggish start, Milwaukee remains focused on adding win-now talent. Some rival executives wonder whether center Myles Turner could become available after signing a new contract, but sources told Siegel that a deal for Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma appears more realistic. The Bucks are exploring wing options that would strengthen the roster without triggering a complete overhaul.

All three franchises are expected to continue monitoring the market as the trade deadline approaches.
