The NBA finalized its inaugural Cup quarterfinal field on Friday, completing group play and assigning seeds for the single-elimination portion of the tournament.

Eastern Conference Seeds

No. 1 Orlando Magic – Group B winner
No. 2 Toronto Raptors – Group A winner
No. 3 New York Knicks – Group C winner
No. 4 Miami Heat – wild-card entry

Western Conference Seeds

No. 1 Oklahoma City Thunder – Group A winner
No. 2 Los Angeles Lakers – Group B winner
No. 3 San Antonio Spurs – Group C winner
No. 4 Phoenix Suns – wild-card entry

Contingent Dates for Quarterfinalists

The league also outlined potential regular-season matchups for teams still alive in the Cup. Game dates will shift based on which clubs reach the semifinals:

If Toronto and Orlando move on, Miami at New York is slated for Dec. 14.
If Toronto and Miami advance, Orlando at New York is set for Dec. 14.
If New York and Orlando advance, Toronto at Miami is planned for Dec. 15.
If New York and Miami advance, Toronto at Orlando is booked for Dec. 15.

If San Antonio and Oklahoma City advance, L.A. Lakers at Phoenix will be played Dec. 14.
If San Antonio and Phoenix advance, L.A. Lakers at Oklahoma City will be played Dec. 14.
If L.A. Lakers and Oklahoma City advance, Phoenix at San Antonio will be played Dec. 15.
If L.A. Lakers and Phoenix advance, Oklahoma City at San Antonio will be played Dec. 15.

The quarterfinals begin Dec. 9, with the Cup champion to be crowned one week later in Las Vegas.
