The Orlando Magic have reached an agreement with free-agent center Colin Castleton on a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contract, according to multiple reports on August 22, 2025.

Michael Scotto of HoopsHype first reported the deal, while Jason Beede of the Orlando Sentinel confirmed the Exhibit 10 structure. The contract allows Orlando to convert Castleton to a two-way slot or waive him with the potential for a G League bonus.

Castleton, 25, is a Florida native who spent his final three collegiate seasons at the University of Florida. He went undrafted in 2023 and opened the 2023-24 campaign on a two-way deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.

The 6-foot-11 big man was waived by the Lakers before the 2024-25 season and quickly joined the Memphis Grizzlies on another two-way contract. Memphis released him in January, after which he played in the NBA G League until signing back-to-back 10-day contracts with the Toronto Raptors in March. He later secured a 10-day stint with the Philadelphia 76ers in early April.

On the final day of the 2024-25 regular season, Toronto inked Castleton to a two-year standard deal, but the second season was non-guaranteed, and the Raptors waived him in late July.

Across 26 NBA appearances last season with Memphis, Philadelphia, and Toronto, Castleton averaged 4.7 points and 4.7 rebounds in 16.6 minutes per game. The Magic currently control his NBA G League rights.

If Orlando waives him before the 2025-26 season and he spends at least 60 days with the club’s G League affiliate, the Osceola Magic, Castleton would be eligible for a bonus of up to $85,300. Exhibit 10 contracts can be converted to two-way deals, and Orlando presently has one two-way opening.
