The Los Angeles Lakers have filed an appeal asking the NBA to rescind a technical foul assessed to Dallas Mavericks guard Luka Doncic, according to Hoops Wire.
The challenge comes with a suspension on the horizon for Doncic if the infraction is upheld. The Lakers contended that the call was unwarranted and requested that it be removed from the player’s season total.
The league has not announced when it will rule on the appeal.
