The Utah Jazz have signed guard Kennedy Chandler to a second 10-day contract, the club announced Wednesday.
Chandler’s first short-term deal expired Monday night. The 23-year-old joined Utah on March 21 after spending most of the 2025/26 campaign with the G League’s Delaware Blue Coats.
During his initial six appearances with the Jazz, Chandler averaged 14.2 points, 6.8 assists and 3.2 rebounds in 32.3 minutes, shooting 43.1 percent from the field, 36.4 percent from three-point range and 65.2 percent at the foul line.
Utah remains without several regulars, including starting point guard Keyonte George, and has already been eliminated from playoff contention, creating extended rotation minutes for Chandler over the season’s closing stretch.
The new 10-day contract runs through April 10 and will cover five of the Jazz’s final six games. To keep Chandler for the regular-season finale, the team would need to sign him for the remainder of the season or to a multiyear deal.
The guard will earn another $117,730 on this agreement, bringing his Jazz total to $235,460. The cap hit is identical to his first contract.
