Grizzlies Update Morant’s Elbow Recovery; Caldwell-Pope Set for Pinky Surgery

The Memphis Grizzlies announced Wednesday that star guard Ja Morant is progressing in his rehabilitation from a sprained ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow and will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
The team added that veteran wing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is scheduled to undergo surgery on Thursday to correct a misalignment in his right pinky finger.
The Grizzlies did not provide additional timetables for either player.
