Valencia Basket has reached a two-year agreement with Spanish guard Isaac Nogues, the club announced on August 15, 2025.

Nogues, 21, played the 2024-25 season in the NBA G League with the Rip City Remix, Portland’s affiliate. In 40 appearances, the 6’5” guard with a 6’10” wingspan averaged 5.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.1 steals across 21.1 minutes per game. His defensive work earned him a spot on the G League All-Defensive Team and a third-place finish in Defensive Player of the Year voting. He went undrafted in June.

Earlier reports in June indicated Nogues had lined up an Exhibit 10 contract with the Sacramento Kings and planned to compete for a two-way slot this fall. That deal was never finalized, and Valencia’s offer now provides a direct path to regular minutes in Spain’s Liga ACB and EuroLeague competition. The move also brings Nogues closer to his hometown of Badalona, located a few hours up the Mediterranean coast.
