Hoops Rumors Launches 2026 NBA 10-Day Contract Tracker
SLUG: hoops-rumors-2026-nba-10-day-contract-tracker
January 5 marked the first day NBA teams could issue standard 10-day contracts, and Hoops Rumors has opened its annual tracker to follow every agreement through the end of the regular season in April.
The online database records each 10-day signing for the current campaign while also archiving every such deal since the 2006-07 season. Users can filter results by team, player or year, making it possible to locate, for example, all Los Angeles Lakers 10-day contracts since 2007, including guard Kobe Bufkin’s present arrangement. A separate search pulls up Bufkin’s complete 10-day history.
Each entry shows whether a player received a second 10-day contract or converted the short-term pact into a rest-of-season agreement. Active contracts are labeled with precise expiration dates to eliminate guesswork about when a deal ends.
The tracker is linked in the desktop site’s right sidebar under “Hoops Rumors Features” and on the mobile site’s Features page. Editors plan to update the tool throughout the season as new signings become official.
