Hawks 124, Warriors 111 (San Francisco, Sunday night)
Nickeil Alexander-Walker poured in 24 points and Jalen Johnson collected 23 points, 11 rebounds and six assists as Atlanta pulled away late to secure its third consecutive win. The Hawks used a 17-6 burst to close the first half, fueled by eight straight points from Alexander-Walker in the final 74 seconds, and carried a 59-53 edge into intermission after CJ McCollum hit a buzzer-beating jumper.
Luke Kennard ignited the bench with a season-best 22 points and six three-pointers. McCollum, acquired in the deal that sent Trae Young to Washington, finished with 12 points.
Raptors 116, 76ers 115 (OT)
Scottie Barnes broke a 115-all tie by sinking the first of two free throws with 0.8 seconds left in overtime, giving Toronto its third straight home victory. Barnes, back after missing one game with a sore right knee, went 10-for-12 at the line and totaled 31 points; he intentionally missed the second free throw to drain the clock.
Jamal Shead delivered a career-high 22 points, Immanuel Quickley added 20 and Collin Murray-Boyles compiled 17 points and 15 rebounds. The Raptors played without RJ Barrett (sprained left ankle), Brandon Ingram (right thumb) and Jakob Poeltl, who missed his 10th straight contest with a lower-back issue and remains without a return timetable.
Kings 111, Rockets 98
DeMar DeRozan scored 22 points to become the 23rd player in NBA history to reach 26,000 career points as Sacramento earned its first win of 2026. The veteran forward hit the milestone in the second quarter.
Zach LaVine contributed 18 points, while Russell Westbrook added 15 points, 10 assists and six rebounds. Malik Monk also had 15 points off the bench. The Kings, now 9-30 overall, were without Dennis Schroder, who opened a three-game suspension for his postgame confrontation with Luka Doncic in Los Angeles on Dec. 28.
