Former Cleveland Cavaliers swingman Cedi Osman was recognized as EuroLeague Round 31 Most Valuable Player after propelling Panathinaikos B.C. to a 92-88 win over BC Žalgiris.
The Turkish forward posted a career-best performance index rating of 36, the highest mark of his 163-game EuroLeague tenure. Osman poured in 24 points on near-perfect shooting, converting all five two-point attempts, both three-pointers and 8-of-10 free throws.
He supplemented the scoring with five rebounds, three assists and two steals while drawing six fouls. The honor is his second Round MVP award of the current season.
Panathinaikos has now produced three different Round MVP recipients this year, with Osman joining teammates Kendrick Nunn and Kostas Sloukas.
Osman last appeared in the NBA during the 2023-24 campaign, spending the season with the San Antonio Spurs after several years in Cleveland.
