Clippers center Ivica Zubac cleared to play Saturday against Celtics

The Los Angeles Clippers will have starting center Ivica Zubac back in uniform on Saturday, ending a two-week absence caused by a Grade 2 sprain in his left ankle.
ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on Friday that Zubac is expected to be active for the matchup with the Boston Celtics. The Clippers’ latest injury report confirmed his availability, omitting his name for the first time since he was hurt on December 20.
Zubac had initially been projected to miss at least three weeks, but the 7-footer will return after approximately 14 days on the sideline.
