The Cleveland Cavaliers will regain two guards for Sunday’s matchup against the Brooklyn Nets, as James Harden and Keon Ellis are both cleared to play.
Harden returns after sitting out two contests with a fractured right thumb sustained in Tuesday’s victory over the New York Knicks. The injury affected his non-shooting hand. Cleveland went 1–1 during his absence and has dropped three of its last four overall.
Ellis is also back in uniform after missing time with a fractured finger suffered against the Milwaukee Bucks.
While the backcourt receives reinforcements, star guard Donovan Mitchell will miss his third consecutive game because of a groin strain, and forward Dean Wade remains unavailable with an ankle issue.
Tipoff at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is set for less than an hour from now.
