The Cleveland Cavaliers expect Larry Nance Jr. to miss roughly three to four weeks after the forward was diagnosed with a Grade 1 strain of the right soleus muscle in his calf, the club announced Sunday.
Nance hurt the calf during Friday’s road loss in Atlanta and underwent an MRI on Saturday that confirmed the strain, according to the team.
The Cavaliers also said starting center Jarrett Allen will be sidelined for at least one week because of a right finger strain.
Sharpshooter Sam Merrill, who has sat out the last five games with a right hand sprain, remains listed as day-to-day.
