September 10, 2025 — Former lottery pick Cam Reddish is expected to sign with Lithuanian club BC Šiauliai, according to a report from Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews.com.
The pending agreement is slated to include an exit clause that would allow the swingman to depart after the 2025/26 season if an offer arises from the NBA, the EuroLeague or another top-tier competition.
Reddish became a free agent in March, roughly three weeks before the end of the NBA regular season, when the Los Angeles Lakers waived him. No other NBA opportunities have surfaced since his release.
BC Šiauliai is led by first-year head coach Darius Songaila, a longtime San Antonio Spurs assistant, giving the Lithuanian team a direct NBA connection.
Last winter, Reddish was briefly included in a trade that would have sent Mark Williams to the Lakers, but the deal was rescinded. After returning to Los Angeles, he appeared in only two games.
The Duke product had been playing on an expiring contract after exercising a minimum-salary option for 2024/25. He logged 33 games for the Lakers last season, including eight starts, and averaged 3.2 points in 17.8 minutes.
Selected 10th overall by Atlanta in the 2019 draft, Reddish has also spent time with the Knicks and Trail Blazers. Over 254 career regular-season games (116 starts), he owns averages of 8.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 steal in 23.1 minutes while shooting 39.8 percent from the field and 32.2 percent from three-point range.
