The Chicago Bulls have waived guard Caleb Grill, according to the NBA’s official transaction log.
Grill, 25, joined the Bulls on an Exhibit 10 contract in July after going undrafted in June. The 6-foot-3 guard appeared in four Summer League contests, averaging 8.0 points and 1.3 steals in 15.0 minutes per game while shooting 44.4% from the field and 36.4% from beyond the arc. He capped his stint in Las Vegas with an 18-point performance on 7-for-13 shooting.
Before turning pro, Grill spent six collegiate seasons, finishing with two years at Missouri. In the 2024/25 campaign he posted 13.3 points and 3.5 rebounds per outing and hit 39.6% of his three-point attempts.
Because his deal included an Exhibit 10 clause, Grill can now join Chicago’s G League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls, where he could earn a bonus of up to $85,300 by remaining with the team for at least 60 days.
