The Chicago Bulls’ fast 5-0 opening now feels distant after a 120-105 defeat to the Indiana Pacers on Friday night, their sixth consecutive loss.

Chicago slipped to 9-13 with the setback, extending a skid that has exposed issues on both ends of the floor. The latest stumble came at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the Pacers led by double digits for much of the second half.

Guard Coby White, in his seventh season with the Bulls, urged patience and unity despite the mounting frustration.

“It’s still a very long season,” White said, according to the Chicago Tribune. “I’ve been through the ups and downs here for seven years now. The most important thing is we stick together through this. The season’s always going to be filled with adversities.”

White added that the team has “a chance to change the narrative right now” and emphasized not “letting go of the rope” as the Bulls search for solutions.

Chicago’s early surprise in the Eastern Conference has faded during the losing streak, with the club struggling to replicate the energy that fueled its unbeaten start. While more than half the schedule remains, each loss deepens the hole the Bulls must climb out of to stay in the playoff conversation.
