The NBA has selected Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks and Charlotte Hornets forward Brandon Miller as the Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Week for games played from Jan. 26 through Feb. 1.
Brooks steered Phoenix to a 3-1 record while averaging 28.8 points per game. He shot 54.5% from three-point range and added 4.5 rebounds over the four contests.
Miller helped Charlotte go 4-0 during the same span, posting 26.0 points per game, connecting on 50% of his attempts from beyond the arc, and pulling down 5.8 rebounds per outing.
Other Western Conference nominees were Luka Dončić (Lakers), Kevin Durant (Rockets), Anthony Edwards (Timberwolves), Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (Thunder) and Kawhi Leonard (Clippers). Eastern Conference nominees included Jarrett Allen (Cavaliers), OG Anunoby and Josh Hart (Knicks), Cade Cunningham (Pistons), Joel Embiid (76ers) and Aaron Nesmith (Pacers).
