The Portland Trail Blazers announced Thursday that center Duop Reath underwent surgery to repair a stress fracture in his right foot and will miss the remainder of the 2025/26 season.

The procedure was performed Thursday morning. According to the team, the 29-year-old is expected to make a full recovery.

Reath, in his third NBA season, is eligible to become a restricted free agent this summer if Portland extends a $3 million qualifying offer. Given his limited role over the past two years, it is unclear whether the club will issue that offer.

No timetable was provided for Reath’s offseason activities beyond the expectation of full recovery.
