SPRINGFIELD, Mass., April 1, 2026 — Former NBA All-Star Amar’e Stoudemire and WNBA greats Candace Parker and Elena Delle Donne have been selected for enshrinement in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, joining head coach Doc Rivers in the class of 2026, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania.

Stoudemire, elected in his second year of eligibility, spent 14 NBA seasons (2002-16) with the Suns, Knicks, Mavericks, and Heat. The explosive power forward appeared in 846 regular-season games and averaged 18.9 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 31.0 minutes. The 2003 Rookie of the Year earned six All-Star selections, five All-NBA honors and saw his No. 32 jersey retired by Phoenix.

Parker, who turns 40 in April, concludes a 16-year WNBA career highlighted by two MVP awards and three championships. The former No. 1 overall pick won titles with the Los Angeles Sparks, Chicago Sky and Las Vegas Aces, collected seven All-Star nods and 10 All-WNBA selections, and ranks 10th all-time in league scoring while sitting third in rebounds and fifth in blocks. She now serves as a broadcaster for Amazon Prime Video.

Delle Donne, a two-time MVP and seven-time All-Star, spent 10 seasons with the Chicago Sky and Washington Mystics. She captured a championship with Washington in 2019, becoming that year the first WNBA player to post a 50/40/90 shooting line (.515/.430/.974). Her career 93.7% free-throw mark tops the league’s all-time list.

The complete Hall of Fame class will be formally unveiled on Saturday, April 4.
