Brooklyn Nets forward Mikal Bridges said he is unfazed by speculation that Tom Thibodeau might have revealed New York Knicks strategy during the head coach’s recent visit to the Boston Celtics.
Speaking to reporters on Oct. 21, 2025, Bridges noted that coaches and players often exchange ideas around the league and added that he does not believe Thibodeau would disclose anything that could hurt New York. The Knicks coach had been spotted visiting the Celtics earlier in the week, prompting questions about whether confidential material had been discussed.
Bridges, who faced Thibodeau’s Knicks several times last season, said the incident would not affect how the Nets prepare for upcoming games against either team. He emphasized that most clubs regularly adjust schemes and that any perceived advantage would be minimal.
