Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr acknowledged Friday that the team may not have enough regular-season games left for Stephen Curry to get back on the court.

Kerr told reporters that the organization is “running out of games,” underscoring the uncertainty surrounding the two-time MVP’s availability. Curry has been sidelined while rehabbing an injury, and the club has not provided a firm timetable for his comeback.

The Warriors are fighting for playoff positioning, making Curry’s status a critical factor as the schedule winds down. Kerr said the medical staff continues to monitor the guard’s progress, but with only a handful of contests remaining, the window for a return is narrowing.

Curry, 38, has missed a significant portion of the season. Without him, Golden State has relied on Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and a retooled supporting cast to stay in postseason contention.

The Warriors have not specified whether Curry could see limited minutes before the playoffs or if the team might have to proceed without its franchise cornerstone until next year.
