Speaking with reporters on Dec. 16, 2025, Kerr acknowledged that Lacob had circulated the note but said such communications are normal for the organization. “We talk all the time,” Kerr said, adding that the team’s focus remains on basketball rather than on front-office correspondence.
Kerr declined to share details of Lacob’s email or the specific issues raised, reiterating that internal feedback is part of the franchise’s regular dialogue. He emphasized that the Warriors are concentrating on their upcoming games and long-term goals.
