Landry Shamet Re-Signs With Knicks on One-Year Contract

Free-agent guard Landry Shamet has reached a one-year agreement to remain with the New York Knicks, his agent George S. Langberg of GSL Sports Group told ESPN’s Shams Charania on Thursday.
The contract keeps Shamet in New York for what will be his eighth NBA season. Last year, the 27-year-old appeared in 50 games for the Knicks, averaging 5.7 points and 1.2 rebounds.
Shamet entered the league with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2018 and has since spent time with the LA Clippers, Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns and Washington Wizards before arriving in New York.
