OKLAHOMA CITY — Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 33 points in just three quarters, propelling the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 132-111 victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night and extending the Thunder’s winning streak to 14 games.

The eighth-year guard converted 10 of 12 shots from the field and hit 11 of 12 free throws, pushing Oklahoma City to 22-1 overall. The performance marked his 95th consecutive game with at least 20 points, trailing only Wilt Chamberlain’s record run of 126 set between 1961 and 1963.

“All he’s ever done is improve,” head coach Mark Daigneault said. “He channels every experience into his work, and it shows in how efficient he is on the floor.”

Chet Holmgren and Jalen Williams added 15 points apiece as Oklahoma City shot 56% and converted 26 of 28 attempts at the line. The Thunder cruised despite the absence of injured starters Lu Dort and Isaiah Hartenstein.

Dallas arrived with a three-game win streak but was also short-handed. Rookie Cooper Flagg, who had averaged 27 points during that stretch, finished with 16. Jaden Hardy led the Mavericks with 23 points on 8-for-13 shooting, including 5-for-9 from beyond the arc, while Naji Marshall contributed 18.

Anthony Davis, averaging 20.6 points entering the night, did not score until a layup with just over eight minutes left and closed with two points on 1-for-9 shooting, though he collected eight rebounds and six assists.

Oklahoma City held a 63-48 edge at halftime and broke the game open in the third quarter, outscoring Dallas 41-26 for a 104-74 cushion. Gilgeous-Alexander poured in 16 points in that period, making five of six shots and all four free throws before sitting out the fourth.
