Brooklyn, N.Y. — The Brooklyn Nets released center David Muoka on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after signing the big man to a contract, the team announced.
The move leaves Brooklyn with its training-camp roster spot open again just days before workouts are scheduled to begin. The organization did not provide further details on the decision or indicate whether Muoka could join its G League affiliate if he clears waivers.
Muoka’s brief stint followed a series of offseason transactions as the Nets continue to shape their roster ahead of the 2025-26 season.
