Ja Morant offered few words Wednesday about mounting trade speculation, telling reporters he will “live with it” as the Memphis Grizzlies reportedly weigh offers for the two-time All-Star.

The 26-year-old guard spoke in Berlin, where the Grizzlies are beginning a two-game European swing against the Orlando Magic. Morant added that he “hopefully” will be available for the exhibitions in Berlin and London, which would mark his first appearances since Jan. 2.

During the team’s practice, Morant was seen in an animated exchange with forward Vince Williams Jr.

League sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania last week that Memphis is listening to proposals for Morant for the first time in his career. Executives from multiple clubs are pursuing a deal, and opposing teams believe the Grizzlies would seek draft picks and young players in return, according to the report.

Morant has missed the past five games with a right calf contusion and has appeared in only 18 contests this season, limited by injuries and a one-game suspension stemming from a postgame confrontation with head coach Tuomas Iisalo in November.

Under contract through the 2027-28 campaign, Morant can sign a three-year extension worth up to $178 million this summer.
