LeBron James’ unprecedented run of scoring at least 10 points in every regular-season game is over after 1,297 straight appearances.

The streak, which began more than a decade ago and stood as the longest of its kind in NBA history, was snapped Thursday night, the New York Post reported. James finished the contest with fewer than 10 points, bringing an end to a span that covered parts of 17 seasons and eclipsed the previous league mark by a wide margin.

James, a four-time league MVP, had reached double figures in every game since Jan. 5, 2007, consistently delivering the minimum 10 points for 1,297 consecutive outings before the run concluded.
