The New York Knicks have re-signed guard Landry Shamet, completing their roster for the 2025-26 season, the New York Post reported on Sept. 11.

The deal was struck shortly after the club explored the possibility of bringing in Ben Simmons, a pursuit that ultimately did not move forward, according to the report.

Contract terms for Shamet were not disclosed. His return adds perimeter shooting and depth to head coach Tom Thibodeau’s backcourt rotation as training camp approaches.
