Los Angeles Clippers star forward Kawhi Leonard is expected to rejoin the lineup after missing 10 straight games because of a right ankle sprain, according to a report published Saturday.
The New York Post noted that Leonard’s comeback ends a layoff that began when he suffered the sprain earlier this month. His return gives the Clippers their two-time NBA Finals MVP back on the court for the team’s next matchup.
Leonard had been sidelined while completing rehabilitation and medical evaluations. The forthcoming appearance will be his first game action since the injury.
