Jimmy Butler has declared that he wants nothing to do with this season’s NBA All-Star Game. On Dec. 23, 2025, the veteran forward bluntly told supporters, “Don’t vote for me,” distancing himself from the league’s annual mid-season showcase.
Butler offered no additional explanation for the request, but his brief statement made clear he intends to sit out the exhibition even if selected.
