Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo told reporters he has no recollection of the New York Knicks ever trying to acquire him, according to a New York Post report published on Oct. 29, 2025.
The two-time NBA MVP was asked about longstanding rumors that New York had once shown interest in bringing him to Madison Square Garden. Antetokounmpo responded that he has “no memory” of any such outreach from the Knicks, the Post reported.
