Four players were ejected on Feb. 9 after a benches-clearing fight erupted during a game between the Detroit Pistons and the Charlotte Hornets.
The altercation began midway through the matchup and quickly spread across the court, drawing in several players from both teams. Game officials halted play while security and coaches attempted to separate the teams and restore order.
After an on-court review, referees assessed multiple technical and flagrant fouls before ejecting two players from each side. The game resumed following a delay once the ejected players left the floor.
No serious injuries were reported, and the league is expected to review the incident for possible additional discipline.
