Milwaukee Bucks president Peter Feigin will leave his post after 12 seasons, the team announced Friday.

Josh Glessing, currently chief of strategy and development for Haslam Sports Group, will assume the role. Feigin and Glessing plan to work together during the coming months to ensure a smooth transition.

Feigin arrived in Milwaukee in 2014, guiding the franchise’s business operations through the 2018 opening of Fiserv Forum and the Bucks’ 2020-21 NBA championship run. “Serving as President of the Milwaukee Bucks has been the honor of my professional life,” Feigin said in a statement, adding that he is “incredibly proud” of the organization’s progress.

Glessing, a Wisconsin native, helped lead Haslam Sports Group’s 2023 investment in the Bucks. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs, assisted Bucks ownership in financing Fiserv Forum, and spent two seasons as interim president of business operations for Major League Soccer’s Columbus Crew.

“I was born a Bucks fan and I don’t need to learn what this team means to Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin. I have known it my entire life,” Glessing said.
