Golden State forward Draymond Green said he finds the online uproar over a recent video of Stephen Curry amusing, insisting the clip is being blown out of proportion.
During comments published Tuesday, Green laughed at suggestions that Curry’s seemingly chilly response in the footage signaled friction within the Warriors. “It means nothing,” Green said, adding that people are reading far too much into a brief, out-of-context moment.
The video, which circulated widely on social media earlier this week, shows Curry with an apparently cold expression. Fans and commentators quickly speculated about possible tension inside the locker room, but Green dismissed those theories outright.
Green, who has been Curry’s teammate for more than a decade, emphasized that the two maintain a strong relationship and that the team remains focused on its goals as the regular season winds down.
