NBA followers flooded social media on Feb. 17 after television cameras showed high-school phenom Cooper Flagg seated next to an unidentified woman during Duke’s game that night.
Flagg, widely viewed as one of the country’s top basketball prospects, attended the matchup at Duke and appeared on the broadcast sitting courtside. Almost immediately, viewers began circulating screen grabs and short video clips, trying to learn who the woman was.
Within minutes, posts on X, Reddit and other platforms racked up thousands of comments, with users comparing photos and offering theories. As of late Saturday, no verified identification had emerged.
The Blue Devils did not comment on the courtside guest, and Flagg has not addressed the speculation publicly.
